Little Hearts Matter Youth Hub

Little Hearts Matter is the only charity in the UK dedicated to supporting and empowering anyone affected by the diagnosis of a single ventricle heart condition – or half a working heart. We support families along every step of their journey, from initial diagnosis, through treatments and into life at home.

We have now created the Little Hearts Matter Youth Hub for our Kidz and Youth Members aged 7-17 living with half a working heart.

Kidz Members

Participate in group chats with your LHM friends and LHM’s child support lead.
Access 1:2:1 support with LHM’s child support lead.
Access links to age appropriate information for living life with half a working heart.


Youth Members

Participate in group chats with your LHM friends and LHM’s youth worker
Access 1:2:1 chats with your LHM friends in your age group.
Access 1:2:1 support with LHM’s youth worker.
